"party" time...there wasn't much of a theme, just 'birthday.' real creative, huh?! but lane did get his favorite meal...pizza. and i did paint a two on his shirt; easy, cheap, and turned out cute:)
the kid loves balloons, although he often gets frustrated that they don't stay put in one place, mr particular.
gifts. hot wheels, work bench, farm stuff, basketball hoop. since when did my baby have such big boy toys...next year, lego's?
grandma kay made the cake. it was perfect and oh so tasty! thank you for doing that, you're way more talented than me:)
we went to the hotel my parents typically stay at while they're. lane knows this place, i think he thinks that they actually live there. he goes straight the elevator, pushes the 4 button, and then runs down the hall to room 402. him and bampa always play a game with pillows on the bed, i took advantage of the smiles and caught some cute pics of him looking at bampa...
my aunt jody & uncle carl were also in town and gave lane a pretty awesome bubble maker. he got a kick shooting them out the window.
we took the hotel bus out to eat so we could all ride in the same vehicle. lane LOVED not riding in his car seat. he also was sportin some cools shades. in sun glasses he totally becomes a different person, all serious and what not. it's hilarious.
oh lane, you are too much eating that cake. yummy!
